In this episode, Parminder Kohli, one of the Social Mobility Commissioners, sits down with two members of the Commission’s Employer Advisory Group, Hollie Crompton, Social Mobility Lead at PWC, and Neil Morrison, HR Director for Severn Trent.  They discuss how their businesses are putting social mobility at the heart of their inclusion policies, and the competitive advantage that this can bring to businesses.

They talk about the role data has played in helping their business to better understand how people from different socio-economic backgrounds are performing and progressing.  As well as how this data has underpinned targeted intervention to enable them to get the best from their teams.

The Social Mobility Commission publish a range of resources for employers providing guidance and inspiration for how to implement a social mobility strategy.
