Parminder Kholi, Commissioner at the Social Mobility Commission, will deliver a session at the Westminster Education Forum Policy Conference – Next steps for local skills improvement plans and regional skills. His keynote session will take place at 09:00 – 09:30am and will be discussing the importance of developing skills and talent to address social mobility and how vital it is that employers get involved in the implementation of Local Skills Improvement Plans, and what hiring for skills means for social mobility.
