On 23 July we will be holding the first in a series of Masterclasses especially designed for employers – exploring how to reach, attract and foster a diverse pool of talent.
The first in this series, Outreach, is all about reaching that talent – attracting individuals from less privileged backgrounds who may not traditionally apply for roles within your organisation, yet may be able to make a significant contribution in future. It is aimed at employers in any industry, predominantly decision makers – Head of HR, Head of D&I.
